Jonathan Copeland is the is the CEO of Mid Florida Property Management. Jonathan is a full-time property owner and is also the CEO of a large property management company in the United Kingdom. Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in single and multi-family home property rentals. Jonathan is an expert in sourcing high yielding rental properties for our clients. He has extensive experience in remodeling homes and is always available to give advice and guidance to our clients.

Rene Alessandro is our Florida-licensed Real Estate Broker and has been with the company for many years and oversees the issuing of all legal documents and leases. She continuously audits all of the day-to-day running of the business and has over 40 years of real estate experience.

Holly Ailes is in charge of the day-to-day Bookkeeping for Residential Property Management clients, state sales tax compliance, and Client Escrow account balancing. Holly has over 43 years of financial experience and plays an integral part of the running of the business.

Shannon Jackson is a Florida-licensed Real Estate Sales Agent and Property manager. She is in charge of the departments day to day running and manages a portfolio of houses. Shannon is extremely process driven and has a very close connection to tenant landlord law. Shannon has over 20 years’ real estate experience and enjoys delivering the very best service to both our owners and tenants. Shannon loves living in Florida and has super knowledge of South Gulf Cove and Rotonda.

Jessica Copeland is a full-time Assistant Property Manager and office administrator/book keeper, Jessica has extensive knowledge of the rental market in Port Charlotte and has been a professional book keeper and real estate administrator for in excess of 10 years.

Jennifer Mellon has been with the company since the very first day it was founded. She is our leasing associate and works solely on ledgers tenant and owner escrow.
