Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in single and multi-family home property rentals. Jonathan is an expert in sourcing high yielding rental properties for our clients. He has extensive experience in remodeling homes and is always available to give advice and guidance to our clients.
Holly Ailes is in charge of the day-to-day Bookkeeping for Residential Property Management clients, state sales tax compliance, and Client Escrow account balancing. Holly has over 43 years of financial experience and plays an integral part of the running of the business
Lisha St Clair is a full-time Assistant Property Manager she has extensive knowledge of the rental market in Port Charlotte and has been a resident in this area for over 10 years. Lisha loves being involved in all aspects of interior design and enjoys helping owners get the very best out of their properties. Lisha loves the BUCKS football team.
Darlene Moran is a Florida-licensed Real Estate Sales Agent and Property manager. She is in charge of the departments day to day running and manages a portfolio of houses. Darlene is extremely process driven and has a very close connection to tenant landlord law. Darlene has over 20 years' real estate experience and enjoys delivering the very best service to both our owners and tenants. Jennifer Mellon has been with the company since the very first day it was founded. She is our leasing associate and works solely on ledgers tenant and owner escrow.
